Machine Learning for Neuroimaging

Have you been wanting to try out machine learning on your neuroimaging data? Want to use it for your thesis or disseration and don’t know where to start? Need to brush up on basic concepts and want to learn R? This is a comprehensive tutorial with a full dataset from the human connectome project, working code, and a video tutorial for you to follow along with.

I made this tutorial because I was frustrated on how hard it was for me to implement machine learning techniques into my neuroimaging data and didn’t want other scientists to face the same set backs I did. Please leave a review and share with your peers!

My research interests include the what are the best ways to learn, why those are the best ways, and can I build computational models to predict what people will learn in both motor and declarative learning .
